'Sunset in Urca'

A golden halo envelopes Urca as night descends on Guanabara Bay. One of Rio de Janeiro's most well-known neighborhoods, Urca stands under the protection of the legendary Christ Redeemer statue on Sugar Loaf Hill. Printed on Fuji paper with a Panam� paper mat. Limited edition.

'Grace'

Tall ornate towers reach up to the skies as feathery clouds pass by. This Buddhist temple in Ayuthaya inspires the imaginative spirit of Thai photograph artist Noi.

'Ancient Chinese Pharmacy'

Light comes through opened doors to illuminate an old Chinese pharmacy that Noi found in Uthai Tanee province (southern Thailand). "The theme of this photograph is historic architecture, " explains Noi.

'Great Buddha'

Carved of stone and situated in Ayuthaya, Buddha's serene presence inspires Noi's photographic art. "I wanted to capture the beauty of these ancient sculptures, because they are so realistic as well as spiritually rich, " says Noi with admiration.

'Grumari Beach'

Turquoise shallows give way to sapphire depths that reach the azure sky. Set in a nature preserve, Grumari beach is pristine and lovely. Earth color rocks frame this elegant photograph by Anita Soares. The color photograph features a mat of Panama paper.

'Young Thai Akha Girl'

"This is an increasingly rare image of a youth in traditional hill tribe clothing, " comments Akha Jim as he presents the portrait of a beautiful girl. She is from the Akha hill tribe and she wears the costume corresponding to a single, adolescent young woman.

'Lige Village, Lugu Lake (Yunnan)'

Time stands still in this scenic view of Lige Village, set in Luku Lake, Yunnan (China). Akha Jim is proud to have captured this breath-taking view, which is threatened by the demands of modern times.

'Vietnam's Limestone Loveliness'

"Ninh Binh Province in northern Vietnam is famous for its unique landscape, featuring unusually small and steep limestone hills, " explains Akha Jim as he introduces this photograph.

'The Beauty of the Marsh'

"Si Pan Don lies near the Cambodia border in southern Laos. Here the Mekong River breaks up into myriad little streams, giving the site the name 4000 Islands, " explains Akha Jim.

'Jingpo Munao Festival'

Clear blue skies and festive colors capture the spirit of celebration in this photograph by Akha Jim. The procession is led by priests dressed in dragon robes and peacock-feather headdresses, in honor of the peacock who sang the first Munao ("singing and dancing feast").
