'Archangel with Musket'

Richly clad with the opulence of a Spanish grandee, an archangel inspects his weapon � a heavy matchlock gun, invented in the 14th century. Alberto Torres renders a delicate portrait in the style of the Cuzco school recreating the religious paintings found in the city's convents.
