Auto part sculpture, 'Rustic Friends'

Mexico's Armando Ram�rez achieves an enviable feat as he recycles nuts and bolts into a vivid sculpture. He conjures the image of a man sitting on a bench, leisurely reading the paper with his dog by his side. Ram�rez transforms a regular sparkplug into the man's body. His head is made from a discarded piece off a die machine and his hat is made from components of a car's ignition. The dog's body is made with a bendix cog recycled from a car's electrical system, while it's ears are made from die pieces. The bench is made from the discarded pieces off a die machine. Please note it is the artist's intention not to give his sculptures a fine polished finish, therefore smudges and scratches may be present.
