Silk and cotton sarong, 'Bright Blossoms'

Sunset red and orange are cooled by pale ixora blossoms that border this brilliant sarong. Thanyarat Sananpanich applies the stylized motifs to silk and cotton, using the silkscreen technique. Also known in Thailand as dok kem (needle flower), the blossoms represent a sharp intellect.
