Recycled paper and soda pop tops sculpture, 'Angel of Peace'
The angel of peace is destined to guard the environment in Luiz Freire's original sculpture. He crafts the angel's body by weaving pipettes of recycled paper. The wings and base feature the aluminum glow of soda pop-tops and golden cotton lace, which also lines the halo.
