Wood hand drum, 'Andean Sky'

Carefully crafted with traditional techniques, this lovely hand drum invites Andean rhythms. Juan Le�n Ponce creates the piece by tightly stretching cowhide over a wooden frame. Bright Cuzco-style ribbons encircle the drumhead, evoking the colors of an Andean sky. Known as a tamborina, or "little drum, " it includes a cumala wood drumstick.
