Applique wall hanging, \'Scenes of My Village\'

Llamas cavort and fruit trees surround houses in a country hamlet, all beneath a warm yellow sun. Working in the traditional fabric art of arpiller�a (patchwork), Lucila portrays scenes from an Andean village. Each figurine, human or animal, is made of cotton stuffed into fabric \"dolls\" and then secured onto the appliqu� wall hanging.
